The star of the evening is our terrific auctioneer, Doug Pearson, assisted by his lovely wife, Susan. If you've been at any of the Loonie Auctions at St Matthew - St Aidan, you'll know what a fun evening it is thanks to Doug's animated work as auctioneer. And the auction items -- all donated by local businesses and individuals -- always generate lively bidding.
Needless to say, the other Star of the evening is the Roast Beef menu deliciously prepared by Chef Doris and her helpers. The evening is not only a culinary delight, it's fun and the funds raised are directed 100% to help those in need in the local community and beyond. Thanks to all for your generous support!
